Ingredients: (Makes 8 pcs)
100g butter
50g icing sugar
2 medium eggs
120g self-raising flour
20g corn flour
100g pomegranate tea
Method:
- In a bowl whisk butter and icing sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs gradually.
- Mix in the sifted flour until just combined
- Lastly, add the pomegranate tea and mix well.
- Scoop the batter 80% full and bake in a preheated oven 180C for 25 mins.
